Overview

The Bottineau Boulevard Partnership was a public-private leadership organization that mobilized resources for transit and redevelopment along County Road 81. This historic route traverses one of the fastest-growing corridors in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The Partnership formed as the Northwest Corridor Partnership in 2000 to create a new vision for the County Road 81 corridor. When County Road 81 was renamed to Bottineau Boulevard, the Northwest Corridor Partnership changed its name to the Bottineau Boulevard Partnership.
