Hennepin County

Hennepin County initiated the Bottineau Boulevard Partnership in 2000 to guide planning for physical improvements to County Road 81 (Bottineau Boulevard) and economic revitalization in the communities served by the road.

Hennepin Community Works (HCW) is also interested in this corridor. HCW seeks encourage communities in the County to work together to create good jobs, provide access to employment, and build the long-term value of communities by investing in infrastructure, public works, parks, and the natural environment.
