Will there be landscaping?

In many stretches of Bottineau Boulevard, there are opportunities for landscaping (trees, flowers, shrubs) and enhancements such as community gateways, ornamental street lights and public art. Each community will decide its own additions. The cost of these enhancements -- an amount not yet determined -- will be shared among the County, the City and Metro Transit. Maintenance of enhancements will be the responsibility of the municipality, perhaps aided by public/private partnerships or special service districts.
